These Terms and Conditions govern the contracting of nautical charter services offered by Blauxell Mallorca Boats SL through the website https://blauxell.com.

2. Object of the service
Blauxell Mallorca Boats SL offers private charter services on traditional Mallorcan llaüt boats, departing from Port de Pollença, Mallorca. Trips are carried out with a professional skipper and follow the routes and durations specified for each product.
3. Booking
Bookings can be made through the website, by email, phone or WhatsApp. To confirm the booking, the customer must provide the requested data and pay the corresponding amount according to the accepted payment methods.
The booking will be confirmed once we have sent express confirmation and the payment has been verified.
4. Prices and payment
The prices indicated include VAT and the services described in each trip (fuel, skipper, basic equipment, insurance). Any additional service will be invoiced separately.
Payment is made through the means available at the time of booking. Blauxell Mallorca Boats SL reserves the right to modify prices; however, confirmed bookings will keep the price agreed upon at the time of confirmation.
5. Cancellations and modifications
Cancellation by the customer
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to contact@blauxell.com. Refund conditions are specified in each confirmed booking and depend on the notice given.
Weather-related cancellation
Blauxell Mallorca Boats SL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any trip for safety reasons related to weather or sea conditions. In case of cancellation for these reasons, the customer will be offered to change the date of the trip or a full refund.
Cancellation by the provider
If we are unable to provide the service for reasons unrelated to the customer, the full amount will be refunded or equivalent alternatives will be offered.
6. Customer obligations
The customer agrees to:
- Arrive at the boarding point on time. The departure time is firm and the duration will not be extended due to customer delays.
- Follow the skipper's instructions at all times, especially those related to safety.
- Not consume illegal substances on board. Alcoholic beverages must be consumed in moderation and never by minors.
- Take care of the boat's equipment and facilities. Any damage caused by misuse will be the customer's responsibility.
- Not exceed the maximum number of passengers for each vessel.
7. Safety and insurance
All vessels comply with regulatory documentation, mandatory safety equipment and civil liability insurance. The customer acknowledges and accepts the risks inherent to navigation.
The skipper is empowered to suspend or modify the trip if deemed necessary for safety reasons.
8. Liability
Blauxell Mallorca Boats SL is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during the trip, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We recommend not bringing valuables on board.
Blauxell Mallorca Boats SL will not be liable for damages or losses resulting from the customer's failure to comply with safety rules or skipper's instructions.
9. Data protection
Data provided in connection with the booking will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute resolution
For any complaint, the customer may write to contact@blauxell.com. Consumers can also access the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of the consumer's domicile or, failing that, those of Palma de Mallorca.
12. Modifications
Blauxell Mallorca Boats SL may modify these Terms at any time. The version in force will be the one published on the website at the time of booking.
